MNA Privacy Provisions
Members’ Right to Privacy:
Other than for legitimate MNA, MNF, or Massachusetts Nurses PAC business, membership information (including name, address, phone, fax, and e-mail address) will not be provided to any party without the permission of the member.
Those conducting legitimate MNA, MNF, or Massachusetts Nurses PAC business shall not make said membership information available to any outside party except to the extent it is necessary for an outside contracted vendor to perform legitimate work. In such a case, any contract will include provisions to ensure member privacy.
The MNA will not share opt-in data, and it will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
