Role(s) and Responsibilities of Union Officers, Representatives and Committee Members.Organizing Focus: Organizing Basics, Identifying Leadership and Mapping Your Worksite. Role(s) and  Responsibilities of Union Officers, Representatives and Committee Members.Representational Focus: Roles and Responsibilities of Union Officers, Grievance Handling 101 & 102, Practice  Presenting a Grievance (case study & roleplay)
