Course Description: De-mystifying the figures, numbers and math at the negotiating table. It is critical that the Union Bargaining Team has a working knowledge of collective bargaining terminology and concepts. This workshop will help to achieve that with interactive discussions and exercises. All MNA members are welcome to attend whether or not they are a member of a Bargaining Team
The MNA Labor School will be sponsoring one-session evening classes in each of the MNA Regions to address these issues.Classes will be 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. with a light meal at 5 p.m.
