Say “NO” to Compact! Call your senator today!

Contact your state senator to let them know you OPPOSE Amendment 105 to the Senate Health Care bill which would turn Massachusetts into a "compact state" — allowing nurses from other states to practice in Massachusetts without obtaining a Massachusetts nursing license.

This is dangerous for patients, and would lower the standard of care provided by nurses in our hospitals. This amendment is really about removing Massachusetts RNs from the bedside and using technology to have an RN in Kentucky, Mississippi, or Oklahoma be responsible for the care of your patients. Massachusetts patients deserve better. This bill will be debated this week so please CALLTODAY.
