Video: MNA Executive Director Discusses the MNA Multi-Employer Pension Plan Proposal
The video below was produced originally for the Caritas nurses to explain the MNA’s multiemployer pension proposal before it was agreed upon by their management. The MNA multiemployer pension plan has since been established and we are now attempting to convince St. Vincent Hospital management to become part of the Nurses’ Pension Fund, and thus provide St. Vincent nurses with this important benefit. We are sharing this video with our members because it provides a very easy to understand explanation of the plan and its key advantages over our current 401k plan.
