MDPH now has a website (http://www.mass.gov/dph/h1n1registration) with information for provider sites about how to register with the Massachusetts H1N1 Vaccine Program. The actual web-based system for provider registration, however, will not be available until early September. When the web-system is available, MDPH will notify all providers. At that time, we will also have a Help Desk to provide technical assistance and answer questions regarding the provider registration process.
Also, please see the memo, Registration for Providers Interested in Receiving and Administering Novel H1N1 Influenza Vaccine, http://www.mass.gov/Eeohhs2/docs/dph/cdc/flu/h1n1_vaccine_registration_memo.rtf.
