Description: This program will review the advanced pathophysiology of the human endocannabinoid system and its functions in health and disease. Cannabis use for medical treatment will be discussed and will include how cannabis complements the body’s system. This presentation will include the pros and cons of cannabis treatment and nursing considerations in caring for patients being treated with medical cannabis.
