Region 3 Virtual Program: No One Actually Gets Eight Hours of Sleep: Real-World Resilience for Real World Health Care Professionals

November 10 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Description: In a profession where resilience is pushed to its limits every shift, this session offers a refreshingly honest look at what it actually takes to bounce back, presented by a fellow MNA member, 22-year EMS veteran, and mental health professional. You will explore a practical framework for understanding where you truly are, whether you are thriving, surviving, or struggling, and walk away with tools built specifically for healthcare professionals, not the general public. From the science of sleep and the surprising role nutrition plays in your mental health and longevity, to the power of hope and daily habits that actually stick, this talk focuses on working with the resilience you already have and making it stronger.

Presenter: James Broomhower, LMHC-A, MS, FP-C, NR-P, C-NPT, CCISM

Continuing Education Credits will be provided.
