This workshop covers the fundamentals of effective bargaining, from building a strong foundation to surveying members for priorities and developing an escalating campaign.  Participants will also explore tactics at the table and how to navigate tough decisions along the way. Whether you’re new to bargaining or looking to strengthen your approach, this session will help you turn member participation
into real power.
