Labor School: Bargaining Basics: Ready, Aim, Win

Strong contracts don’t happen by chance; they’re built through strategy, engagement, and collective action.  This workshop covers the fundamentals of effective bargaining, from building a strong foundation to surveying members for priorities and developing an escalating campaign.  Participants will also explore tactics at the table and how to navigate tough decisions along the way.  Whether you’re new to bargaining or looking to strengthen your approach, this session will help you build member power to win stronger contracts.
