Participate in "Union Speak" on Aug. 31, a New Program about the Labor Movement Open to All MNA Members

Union Speak is a new program being offered by the MNA for all members. It is intended to be an introduction to the labor movement, including such topics as:

• Labor’s organizational structure
• Terminology
• Benefits of belonging to a union
• Some key historical events
• Some key labor laws, etc.

Union Speak will be offered quarterly and will be available through Zoom. The first session of Union Speak will be held on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 from 6 to 8 p.m. The Zoom link will be posted the day before the session. The topic on that day will be “What is a Union?”
