The Clock is Ticking on the Patient Safety Act Ballot Initiative!

There are just two weeks left to collect signatures in support of the Patient Safety Act, so your help is needed NOW more than ever.
To help, please download a petition sheet HERE NOW and gather as many signatures as possible!
Please note: The petitions must be on 8 1/2 x 11 paper and both sides of the petitions have to be copied back-to-back. You cannot print out the two sides and then staple them together. No color paper or perforated paper with notebook holes will be accepted.
All signature sheets -- whether they include just one signature or 14 signatures -- should be mailed no later than November 6 to the MNA, attention Stephanie Sanchez; 340 Turnpike Street, Canton MA 02021.
