ICE at the Hospital: Healthcare Providers’ Rights & Responsibilities

There is evidence of an increased presence of ICE at some Massachusetts hospitals. The updated content below (previously shared in February of 2025) will assist nurses and healthcare professionals as much as possible should they be put in a situation where they must make important, split-second decisions.
