The
Congress on Nursing Practice is one of three structural
groups of the Massachusetts Nurses Association. There
are twelve members elected or appointed to the Congress.
The Congress meets monthly on the fourth Monday of
the month. Meetings are open to observation to MNA
members, registered nurses in the Commonwealth and
student nurses.
The
responsibility of the Congress as recorded in the MNA
by-laws are as follows:
Identify
practice and issues impacting the nursing community
which need to be addressed through education, policy,
legislation or position statements.
