Is Your RN License Up for Renewal in late
July and early August?
If so, you may have trouble getting to the Massachusetts
Board of Registration in Nursing (Board) office due
to the Democratic National Convention (DNC).
The Board office is located at:
239 Causeway Street
Boston, MA
and is within the designated security zone for the
DNC. Due to limitations on public and private transportation, this
area will be difficult to access during the week of July
25, 2004.
The plan as of June 4, 2004 is that the Board office
will remain open during the DNC week, but a limited schedule is
under consideration. Please renew any RN license expiring in late
July or early August as soon as possible. If you do not have your
renewal application, please call the Board office 617.727.9961 at
once.
