I am sleeping on a cot outside under a tin roof covered with mosquito netting> We are eating MRE's. Meals ready to eat and drinking warm water, no frig or A/C. We shower in outdoor shower tents with cold water, but it feels great as it has been 90 degrees. We do our laundry while in the shower them hang it up to dry. We have a bathroom but if you need to flush it you have to refill the tank with the water runoff from our outdoor sinks where we wash up. No drinking or brushing your teeth the water though only from water bottles, and then cut them up have to use as coffee cups as we don't have any.

We are seeing pt's that have had d injuries such as wound infections, fractures and need dressing changes and reassessments of the external fixations devices. Also gastroenteritis and resp ailments and pregnancy checks a few gunshots.
