The plenary session (photo below) included panels on Ratios, Union Representation, and Single Payer Healthcare. Guest speakers included John Sweeney the President of the AFL-CIO, Representative Dennis Kucinich from OHIO, Representative Sheila Jackson Lee from Texas, Senator Barbara Boxer from California, and Representative Chellie Pingree from Maine. MNA president Beth Piknick and MNA members Karen Higgins and Debra Rigiero were also panelists.
