Registration:

We ask that you coordinate your local bargaining unit and provide the names of all those attending which will include pairing roommates. Please share this information with your committee or those that may be interested. There are a limited number of double occupancy rooms available for March 24, 2010. MNA is covering the cost for the rooms for one night. Please note the sequence of registrants determines roomate assignment. Please fill out the registration form to the left, noting the name of your bargaining unit as well as the name of each attendee. This invitation is based on the size of your bargaining unit:

  • 50 or less = 2 registrants (1 room max)
  • 51 - 450 = 4 registrants (2 room max)
  • 451 - 1000 = 6 registrants (3 room max)
  • More than 1000 = 8 registrants (4 room max)

Please check off any event that each registrant will be attending so that proper dining, overnight, and seating accommodations can be arranged. Please mail the registration form back to the MNA in the provided postage paid envelope before February 26, 2010. Registration will be processed on a space available basis. Once you have registered, please inform MNA as soon as possible if you are not able to attend so other members may be considered. From Worcester:
Route 9 East to Computer Drive/Research Drive Exit.
Take a right at the first set of lights onto New Flanders Road;
bear right onto Computer Drive, head straight through the third set of lights,
drive 1/2 mile and the hotel is on the left at the top of the hill.

From Sturbridge:
Mass Turnpike (I-90)
East to Exit 11A, I-495 North to Exit 23B (Route 9 West) to Computer Drive/Research Drive Exit.
Bear right at the end of the ramp, drive 1/2 mile and the hotel is on the left at the top of the hill.

From I-495 North or South:
Exit 23B (Route 9 West) to Computer Drive Research Drive Exit,
bear right at the end of the ramp.
Drive 1/2 mile and the hotel
is on the left at the top of the hill.

From Connecticut:
Route 84 North to Mass Turnpike (I-90) East to Exit 11A (Route 495),
Route 495 North to Exit 23B (Route 9 West) to Computer Drive/Research Drive Exit.
Bear right at the end of the ramp, drive 1/2 mile and the hotel is on the left at the top of the hill.
