In the Year Two Thousand.

AN ACT RELATIVE TO A REGISTERED NURSE SEAT
ON THE PUBLIC HEALTH COUNCIL

     Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

   SECTION 1. Section 3 of chapter 17 of the General laws, as appearing in the 1998 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 3, the word “Three” and inserting in place thereof the word: - Four

SECTION 2. Section 3 of said chapter 17 is further amended by inserting after the word “physicians” in line 4, the following words: - and one a registered nurse

SECTION 3. Section 3 of said chapter 17 is further amended by striking out, in line 4, the word “Five” and inserting in place thereof the word: - Four
