The State’s Leading Health Care and
Consumer Organizations Agree:

When Nurses Are Assigned
Fewer Patients You Get Better Care
It’s Common Sense!

Nurses prevent bad things from happening. They are the difference between a good hospital stay and a poor one. Limiting the number of patients a nurse is assigned at one time protects patients and is cost effective. 8-in-10 registered nurses join more than 100 organizations in supporting H. 2663.
