Employed Nurses and Other Health Care Professionals to Picket Throughout
the State
1000 DAYS WITHOUT A CONTRACT IS TOO MUCH

Sunday marks day 1000 that the RNS and other health
care professionals who care for the state’s most vulnerable
patients have been without a contract, a thousand days of uncertainty,
for both the patients and the professionals, a thousand days when
it has been increasingly difficult to retain and recruit experienced
staff.
On Monday March 27, the 1800 RNs and other health
care professionals, who are represented by the Massachusetts Nurses
Association and part of the state’s Unit 7, will mark this
outrageous anniversary with picket lines across the Commonwealth.
At the bottom of this page is a list of the picket
sites across the state.
