MNA Launches Statewide
Radio Campaign to Highlight Quality Patient Care/Safe
Staffing Legislation Petition Drive
|
 |
To help highlight our petition drive and National
Nurses Week, the MNA has produced two radio spots featuring
MNA members
Barbara Norton
and Sandy Ellis. These 60 second ads feature real nurses talking
to the public about what constitutes appropriate staffing in a hospital,
and advising them to watch for nurses circulating petitions in their
communities, seeking their support for legislation to ensure appropriate
staffing. The spots will run 814 times between April 29 and
May 10. With most of the spots running Monday through Friday. We've
tried to run most of the spots during the morning and evening commutes.
Below is a listing of radio stations in your area that are broadcasting
the ads during Nurses Week.
