on the Board (Director, 5 At-Large), vacant.
†“In case of a vacancy in the office of President, the Vice President
shall become President. The Board of Directors shall fill all other vacancies
for the unexpired term according to the next highesst number of votes for
that position in the most recent election when applicable.” (MNA Bylaws,
